BundleLive
Sorts each live buyer's purchases into numbered bins and tracks show stats
BundleLive is a Chrome extension and web dashboard for Whatnot live sellers who need to sort orders fast after a show. It gives each buyer a numbered bin as purchases come in, calls bin numbers out loud, and prints bin labels, which cuts sorting time during packing.
It also includes a chat helper that tells buyers how many more items they need for free shipping, plus show analytics such as best day and time, sales pace and show length. Vendor figures like "15-30% more per show" come without a published method, so treat them as marketing claims.
Key features
- Real-time bin assignment with audio callouts and bin label printing
- Smart Chat reminders about free-shipping thresholds
- Day and time scoring, sales-per-minute tracking, show-length guidance
- Promote ROI tracker comparing shows with and without Whatnot Promote
- Item category and VIP buyer tracking, with CSV export on Pro and above
- Team plan with add-on seats for extra sellers
Who it's for

Quick math before you sign up, because people forget the per-sale fee. Basic is $29.99/mo, plus $0.15 per sale. I do about 400 sales a month across three shows a week, so that's another $60. Call it $90 a month all in for me. The site says the fee drops to $0.08 at volume, I'm not there yet. Is it worth it? For me yes. The bin numbers are the whole reason. Every buyer gets a number the moment they win, it calls it out loud, and after the show I just walk the bins. Packing went from "spread everything on the floor and squint at usernames" to about 40 minutes. If you do 50 sales a show it's an easy yes. If you do 50 sales a month I'd just use sticky notes.
The free-shipping reminder in chat ("2 more items for free shipping") has noticeably bumped my bundle sizes. Way less awkward than me saying it every five minutes.
Used the Promote ROI tracker for a month. Turns out my Tuesday promoted shows weren't doing better than the unpromoted ones, so I stopped paying for those. That alone covered the subscription.
