SellDeck
Locks eBay and Depop listings during Whatnot shows and tracks show profit
SellDeck is reseller software built for Whatnot sellers who also list on eBay or Depop. Its core job is preventing oversells: when a Whatnot show starts, it pauses matching eBay and Depop listings, then restores unsold items afterward. It also keeps show revenue, inventory, and profit records in one dashboard.
Key features
- Show cross-listing lock that pauses eBay and Depop listings before a show
- Delisting through webhooks for eBay and Depop, which the site says takes under 60 seconds
- Live show dashboard with revenue, orders, unique buyers, and a sales feed
- P&L per item, show, and platform, with Schedule C tax reports on higher tiers
- Inventory management with cost basis, SKUs, and bulk CSV import
- AI price estimates based on eBay sold comps, capped by plan
Who it's for
Multi-platform resellers who run Whatnot shows alongside eBay or Depop and need stock counts to stay accurate during live sales. Sellers who only sell on Whatnot get less value from the cross-listing lock.
Pricing
Checked 2026-11-06 on selldeck.io: Free ($0, up to 25 items and 2 shows per month), Starter $8.99/month, Pro $14.99/month, Business $24.99/month. Paid plans list a 14-day trial. The site says annual billing saves 17% but does not show annual prices.

If you sell the same stock on eBay and do Whatnot shows, this is the problem SellDeck solves: when the show starts it pauses the matching eBay and Depop listings, then puts the unsold ones back afterwards. I used to do this by hand and forgot twice. Second time I sold a jacket on both and had to cancel on the eBay buyer, which is not fun for your seller metrics. The site says delisting happens through webhooks in under 60 seconds. I haven't timed it, but I haven't had a double sale since. Free plan is 25 items and 2 shows a month, enough to test with a real show. Paid starts at $8.99. If you only sell on Whatnot, skip it, the lock is the main reason to have it.
The P&L per platform view surprised me. Depop is way more profitable for me per item than I thought, Whatnot wins on volume.
