Aftershows is a profit tracker for Whatnot sellers. You upload Whatnot's Weekly Orders Report CSV, enter what each item cost you, and get profit per show, per item and per buyer after fees, refunds and seller-paid shipping. It does not use the Whatnot API. It works from the export Seller Hub already produces.

Key features

  • Profit per show with a per-minute timeline and P&L view
  • Item-level cost tracking, lot splitting, or a default cost
  • Fee breakdown covering commission, processing, refunds and seller-paid shipping
  • Buyer retention tracking with lapsed-buyer alerts (Pro)
  • Boost ROI comparison against prior weeks (Pro)
  • Schedule C-mapped CSV export at year end (Pro); the site says it is not a filed form and not tax preparation

Who it's for

Livestream sellers in categories such as trading cards, sneakers, Funko, comics, coins and vintage who want real numbers instead of estimates. The free tier suits sellers testing the workflow.

Pricing

Checked 2026-11-06 on aftershows.co/pricing: Free at $0 with two uploads; Pro at $19/mo billed monthly, or $190/yr (about $15.83/mo).

  • Six weeks in. Pros and cons, short version. Good: - I finally know which shows actually make money. My Sunday card show looked great on gross and was barely breaking even after shipping I was eating. - Lot splitting. I buy mystery lots, and being able to spread one cost across 30 items is the feature I didn't know I needed. - Free tier gives you two uploads, so you can try it on two real weeks before paying. Not so good: - It's built off Whatnot's Weekly Orders Report CSV, so it's after the fact. Nothing live during the show. - You still have to type in your costs. If your cost records are a mess, this won't fix that. Pro is $19/mo. I pay it for the buyer retention view.

  • Wish it pulled the data automatically, but I get why it doesn't.

  • Upload takes a minute. I do it Monday morning with coffee.

  • Lapsed-buyer alerts are a nice touch. I messaged a few regulars who hadn't been back in a month and two showed up that weekend.

  • Tried the free uploads and went back to my spreadsheet. Typing in costs was the same work either way for me, so the dashboard didnt add much.
