Seller Ledger is bookkeeping software for online sellers. It connects sales channels and bank accounts, sorts sales and fees into categories, and produces a Schedule C tax report. Whatnot is listed as a supported channel: Whatnot history is imported through the Seller Ledger browser extension (not a direct API connection) and split into order earnings, tips, giveaways, promotions and shipping subsidies. It fits reseller bookkeeping and tax prep, not label printing.

My accountant's first question last tax season was how much of my Whatnot payout was tips and giveaways versus actual sales. I had no idea. Seller Ledger splits that out: order earnings, tips, giveaways, promotions and shipping subsidies, and the deposit matches the payout. Whatnot comes in through their browser extension, not a direct connection, so you do have to run it. One thing I'd tell anyone starting now: pay yearly if you can. Monthly only keeps 90 days of history, yearly imports back to January 1.
@estatefinds_oh It's priced by transactions. If you go over your tier they charge the difference for that month, no forced upgrade.
Switched from QuickBooks after the price hike. $10 a month covers me at under 250 transactions, and every feature is on every tier.
