Crosslist

Universal listing form that publishes to many marketplaces

Visit website ↗

Crosslist is a web-based crosslisting tool built around one universal listing form that publishes to many marketplaces. Its official integration page describes connecting a Whatnot account, importing listings from another channel, and publishing them to Whatnot. Its pricing page does not name Whatnot, so Whatnot support rests on that integration page.

Key features

  • One universal listing form published to multiple marketplaces.
  • Autoposting, delist and relist, and bulk actions.
  • Per-marketplace price adjustments, shipping profiles, and listing templates.
  • Background remover, photo editor, and hi-res photo hosting.
  • Sales detection and one dashboard across channels.
  • Auto-link and auto-map categories; optional AI add-on at +$4.99/mo per plan.

Who it's for

Multi-marketplace resellers who need listing-volume tiers and category mapping rather than a Whatnot-only tool.

Pricing

Bronze is $29.99/mo (200 new listings a month), Silver $34.99 (500), Gold $39.99 (1,000), and Diamond $44.99 (unlimited). The FAQ describes the caps differently from the pricing cards. Checked 2026-11-06 on crosslist.com/pricing.

  • Tip if you're about to try Crosslist: the trial isn't a normal free week. It's 3 days or 20 listings, whichever runs out first. I burned half of mine on test drafts before I realized. Have 20 real items photographed and ready, then start it.

  • What I like is that every plan gets every marketplace. You only pay for volume: Bronze is 200 new listings a month, Diamond is unlimited. Annual is two months free, which is what I ended up doing.

  • Moving my closet into Whatnot was the whole reason I signed up. Imported from Poshmark, pushed to Whatnot in the background while I packed orders. Way better than doing it one by one.

  • Does the job, but the pricing tiers are confusing and I'm not always sure every sale got recorded.

  • Kept getting connection errors with one marketplace. Support was hard to get hold of.

  • Big time saver. The AI draft from photos gets me most of the way to a finished listing.

  • Still get the odd duplicate listing and a sync that doesn't match up.

  • Tried a handful of cross-listers and this is the one that handles Vinted without fighting me.
