TCG Automate
Exports card listings to a Whatnot-ready CSV, auction or Buy It Now
Web tool that matches trading card data (game, set, number, finish, condition) and exports a Whatnot-ready CSV with image URLs. It supports auction or Buy It Now formats for stream inventory. You review each batch before export and still choose Auction or Buy It Now yourself; it is a CSV export, not a live sync.
Pricing
Priced by monthly scans: Beginner $15 (500), Standard $19 (1,000, adds PSA/CGC cert lookup), Pro $50 (3,000, adds crosslisting and repricing in beta), up to Legendary $200 (unlimited). 7-day trial with Pro features for up to 500 listings, renewing at Beginner. Checked 2026-11-07.

Saves me around ten hours a week on bulk singles. I scan a stack, fix the few it gets wrong, export the Whatnot CSV and upload. Category, shipping profile and images are already in there. Only wish: it's a CSV, not a live sync, so nothing delists on its own after a sale. Still worth it at my volume.
You still pick Auction or Buy It Now yourself before the export, which I actually prefer. Pricing pulls from TCGplayer and eBay values so the starting numbers are sane.
