Mascot
Card inventory and crosslisting with a Whatnot channel and auto-delist on sale
Mascot is an inventory and listing platform aimed at sports and trading card sellers. Items can be added by card scan, cert lookup, CSV or eBay import, then listed in bulk to 10+ channels including Whatnot.
When an item sells on one channel it is delisted elsewhere, which is the main double-sell guard. Mascot's own help article covers the Whatnot connection; Whatnot listing is on the Pro ($99/mo) and Expert ($399/mo) plans. Lite ($4/mo) covers eBay and Mascot Network only, and more than one Whatnot account needs Expert (checked 2026-11-07).

Don't let the $4 price fool you. Lite is eBay and Mascot Network only. Whatnot listing starts at Pro, which is $99 a month plus a sales fee (1.25% or $1.25 per invoice, whichever is less), with $99 as the floor. Run two Whatnot accounts? That's Expert at $399. For my card shop it still pays off because the scanner and cert lookup save me hours. But it's a $99+ tool for Whatnot, not a $4 one.
If you run auctions on Whatnot, delist the card on your other channels before the auction starts. Saw that tip in an article back in 2024, and it saved me a double sale.
